If you are a hot desk member or passport only member, your payments are on a monthly subscription. You may update your payment information by logging into OneValley Passport.

For dedicated members (either desk or private office), OneValley manages invoicing through a system called Cobot. In your Cobot profile page, there is a section called payment method. Simply click the 3 dots in the top right corner and choose “add a payment method” and choose credit card, eCheck, PayPal or wire transfer. On the first of each month, you will receive an email with your monthly membership invoice. From this invoice, there will be a link to take you straight into Cobot to pay.
