You can reserve a conference room by clicking on the book a room tab at the top of the portal or clicking the book a room button in your dashboard. Once you've selected the room, the time, and confirm the appointment, you'll see a confirmation page where you can add to google calendar, iCal or Outlook. You will also receive an email with a confirmation where can cancel if needed. You can find more information on how to book rooms here
